AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Kyle Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Millennium (“Millennium”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the mymillennium.us website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Website” or “Site” ). You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed, the venue properly lies, only in state or federal courts in Wisconsin, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. We make no representation that materials in this Website are appropriate for use in locations outside of the United States. Visitors who are using this Website from other jurisdictions will be responsible for compliance with their local laws.
