The Allied Bolt Strand Splice (vendor part AB500200, Millennium part 528793) joins 3/8 in extra high strength strand from .360 in to .405 in diameter, retaining up to 90% of the strand's rated breaking strength for guying and messenger runs. Splicing crews use it to repair damaged strand or join sections on long pole line builds without dropping to a lower-rated strand size. Supplied 50 per box for production-volume aerial construction.
