The AFL PreConnectorized Drop (vendor part CS015625-0500FT, Millennium part 524764) is a 500 ft round dielectric drop cable factory-terminated with an Optitap connector on one end and SC/APC on the other, eliminating a field splice at the customer premise. Round dielectric construction routes easily through ducts and aerial spans on FTTH drop installations. Preconnectorization cuts truck-roll time for installers finishing last-mile connections. Millennium also stocks matching Optitap hardened connectors and drop cable in other lengths to complete the run.
