Cable Stripping & Cutting Combination Tools For Fiber Optic Cable
Ripley® offers a variety of Miller® brand hand tools that can be used for accessing the outer sheath, buffer tubes, and fiber optic cable. The ACS+ Series Cable Slitter is designed to work on OSP armored and heavy-duty jackets to gain midspan or end access of loose tube fibers. The unique articulating hinge design of the MB04 Series FTTX Drop Cable Slitter allows for accurate end and mid-span stripping without disassembling the tool. The MSAT® 16 Series Mid-Span Fiber Access Tool has 16 unique diameter settings to accommodate for buffer tubes ranging from 1 to 3 mm and gently shaves away the buffer tube without damaging the fibers.
