For Q4, we wanted to highlight our core value of being Dependable. Julian Johnson, Fulfillment Supervisor in Texas, embodies dependability through his unwavering commitment and initiative. Julian consistently goes above and beyond to support his team and other facilities. This year alone, he stepped up to help run operations in PA, OH, and MI, often leaving on Sundays to ensure he was ready to assist first thing Monday morning. 

Julian’s teammates describe him as someone who can always be counted on to help and follow through on requests. Whether it’s taking on tasks during challenging times or ensuring facilities run smoothly, Julian demonstrates what it means to be dependable. His proactive leadership and dedication have earned him the respect and admiration of those who work with him. Julian is a true example of dependability in action, ensuring every challenge is met with reliability and excellence.

Tell us about an accomplishment that you’re proud of:

I’m incredibly proud to be able to contribute to the overall success of the company. Knowing that my efforts play a role in helping the team achieve its goals and make a positive impact motivates me every day. It’s fulfilling to see how my contributions help us move forward together.

What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?

My goal for the next year is to continue learning and growing. I want to expand my knowledge and skills so I can become even more effective in my role and bring greater value to the team. For me, growth is the key to both personal and professional success.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I find the most joy in helping others and providing exceptional service. Whether it’s assisting someone in need or creating a positive experience that keeps customers coming back, I’m happiest when I can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.

What is a cause that you care about?

Pups without loving homes. It’s heartbreaking to see animals in need, and I’m passionate about supporting efforts to provide them with the love, care, and forever homes they deserve.
