DELAVAN, WI: Millennium, a national distributor of broadband materials, is excited to announce new strategic advancements that will support the company’s future and better serve its clients and employees.
“As we laid out the next ten-year vision for Millennium, it became clear that we will need to evolve our management team to focus on client satisfaction and employee development. Developing an organization that caters to the needs of our clients by developing our staff, effective technology, enhanced logistics, and inventory management is critical to the long term success of Millennium’s focus on helping our clients connect America,” stated James Kyle, CEO and Founder.
Nate Wendt, former Executive VP of Sales and Marketing, has been promoted to President. He will be responsible for the executive business plan as well as enhancing leadership and team unity. Since joining Millennium in 2011, Nate has learned the industry, products, and services to create strategic initiatives that have allowed for expansion across the United States.
Wendt said, “I am grateful for the continued opportunity that Millennium has provided me, and I look forward to my new role as President. I am fortunate to work with a team of passionate and dedicated individuals who are continually focused on improving the client experience at every level of the organization.

Rabecca Talarico-Haynes, former Central Regional Manager, has been promoted to VP of Sales. She will oversee the sales process and continue the alignment of sales and operations to create the best experience for clients. Becky has been with Millennium for over eight years, and her vision of success and fostering strong relationships made her the ideal candidate.
Mary Burback has been hired to fulfill the new VP of Employee Success and Development position. Her main responsibility will be the personal and professional development of our staff. Millennium is excited to welcome Mary and her extensive experience in, but not limited to, leadership coaching, training, development, engagement, and retention with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.
